Hi. I suspect I have a bent axle as 1 tire keeps getting worn in a very short duration. I was under the unit 2018 Freedom Express 192RBS today and took pictures of the Dexter axle label. Key info is as follows: PN 1284239 HF hub face: 86.50 SC spring center: 68.50 Serial : 133126864 Capacity: 2800 lbs Dexter : 6517414 420317-1 Please advise proper replacement axle and any other peripherals that would be required to change out. Thanks

Thank you so much for the detailed information Doug! The Lippert Beam-Only Trailer Axle item # LC63PK is exactly what you need. This axle matches your specifications perfectly; 86.5" hub face, 68.5" spring center, and designed to replace 2,500 lbs - 3,500 lbs axles.
The Lippert Axle item # LC63PK has spring seats mounted in the underslung position and 4-bolt brake flanges installed. You'll be able to reuse your existing hubs and brake assemblies.
You will need to replace your U-Bolts, I recommend the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 5-1/2" Long U-Bolts item # APUBR-1.
Did you move your axle's below your leaf springs or hit any noticeable bumps recently?
