Will this work with modifications for a 2000 37v Fleetwood discovery?

The Replacement Entry Door Hinge for RV part # LC198295 has a standard leaf design that works on most RV's. The overall length is right around 9-1/4" and each leaf is between 2-1/2" (long) and 2-1/8" (short) so as long as you have this much space you should be just fine. That said, it is universal so I cannot confirm fitment on any one particular make and model.
