Do you sell the retainer that goes in receiver to tight bolt to pin of truck

It sounds like you're needing a new Draw-Down bolt, as shown in the photo I've provided. If that's the case, it's not something that B&W offers to us but if you call them at 800-248-6564 they will ship you out a replacement, completely free of charge. Be sure not to over tighten the bolt, follow the torque specifications in the linked installation instructions. I've linked to a product demonstration video for the B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch.
