The Replacement Load Stops for Thule Aeroblade Load Bars, Ladder Racks, or Thule TracRac CapRac # 753-3761 will sit 5" above the crossbars. The 5" height does not include that piece that sits inside the T-Slot of the crossbar so it will just be the actual load stop that is the 5" height (see attached).
