Recommended Furrion Camera and Monitor for 2018 Crossroads Zinger Travel Trailer

I have a 2018 Crossroads Zinger travel trailer. It came with a Furrion Camera mounted on the rear of it. I don’t have paperwork or information on the camera. Will this 5in Monitor work with this camera. My camera looks slightly different than the cameras in the pictures. Furrion customer service believes its a Vision 1 or Vision 2 camera older I assume. Will this monitor with power cord link to my camera? How can I tell what camera I have? Thank you for your help.

For the older Furrion camera, the Replacement 5" Monitor for Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Camera System # FR97FR you asked about is not compatible. The Furrion camera will need to be removed to get numbers off it and cross-referenced with Furrion, but The Vision 1 or Vision 2 do not work with the Vision S monitor which is the most recent version that replaced the others.
Unless you can find the correct monitor used from someone you will want to replace the system with the current version. The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision - Rear Mount - 4.3" Screen # FOS43TASF or 5 inch # FOS05TASF. These will allow you to use the same power supply for the camera so it will be an easy installation.

My camera unit is exactly as pictured by this customer. My monitor was stolen when my RV was broken into while in storage. Do I understand you to say Furrion cannot identify the camera and therefore provide a monitor to match? My RV was built in 2019. Did they use Vision 1 or 2? What could be the difference in monitors? The insurance is ready to compensate if I only tell them the amount. If I don't get them something soon, they'll ignore the loss and I'll be out of luck.
