For your 2019 Ford Ranger, I recommend starting with the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-524459-5. Then use the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520 along with the safety cables # RM-643.

Then for your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 along with charge wire kit # RM-156-25. Then you can use the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 for the braking system along with the # RM-88400 relay to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.

Finally you will need a high-low adapter. The correct fit will be dependent on measurements from the towing vehicle and the front of your truck. I've linked an article to help as well as linked the page to all of your options.
