You will not need any additional parts to install the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch, # BWGNRK1067, on your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. This hitch includes all of the installation hardware and the gooseneck ball. It will fit both the 8ft bed and 6-1/2ft bed models.
If you have the short bed model, then you may be interested in the 4 Inch Offset Ball, # BWGNXA4085. This hitch ball will offer 4 inches of additional clearance between the cab of the truck and the front of the gooseneck trailer.
