With your measurements you will need a ball mount with 1-1/4 inch of rise, though you can be within a half-inch of that and we do have some good options. You said 2-5/16 inch receiver, so I assume you mean that's the hitch ball size your coupler takes, but I'm not sure if your have a 2 inch or 2-1/2 inch receiver on your 2004 Chevy Silverado so I'll list options for ball mounts for both.
- 2 Inch Receiver: Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount # AMSC2HD
To mount to your hitch receiver it also requires either Pin and Clip # PC3 or Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880
- 2-1/2 Inch Receiver: Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount # AMSCV-2
To mount to your hitch receiver it also requires either Pin and Clip # 37201065 or Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 1469DAT
And for a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball that works with both ball mounts you will need the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # 19286.
