I have a Reese Sliding hitch part# 30051 16k . Will it fit on RP30156 and RP30156 will work in a 2020 F-350 OEM prep package correct?

The Reese # RP30156 puck to rail mounted 5th wheel hitch adapter would indeed be fully compatible with the Reese # RP30051 sliding 5th wheel hitch. Both would work perfectly with the puck system in your 2020 Ford F-350, but if your truck is the long bed model, you wouldn't want to use the sliding feature, keep the hitch in the fully forward position. Operating with the hitch slid rearward can place too much weight rearward of the truck's rear axle and unspring the front suspension, which would have negative effects on steering and braking response. The hitch, adapter and the puck system in your truck are all completely compatible.
If you don't already have a 7-way installed in your truck bed sidewall, you can install one using part # C57008. I've linked to product demonstration and installation videos for you.
