Instead of the Draw-Tite part # 75703 you will want to use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 14055.

For your 2014 Ford E-350 cutaway chassis the Curt hitch part #14055 would be an excellent option. I attached a picture that shows it sticks out a decent amount from the rear of the frame as well.
