Thanks for replying. Where is the connection inside the Ridgeline?

In regards to the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118778 which is a fit for a 2020 Honda Ridgeline, there will be two connections one inside the vehicle and one outside. These locations will both be listed in the installation instructions.

I have however attached for you below a snip of the instructions which points out the first connection.

Since your 2017 Honda Ridgeline has the factory 7-way connector on it you should have a wiring harness that has the standard to package plug. It's the harness that plugs into the back of the 7-way connector and looks like the picture I attached.…
