Question:

2017 Ford F250 super duty diesel 4×4. 3 inch suspension lift. Adding BandW custom fifth wheel bed rails. Does this airlift 5000 add height??? And is it my best option?

For your 2017 Ford F-250, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL88399 is a confirmed fit and will work well with your B&W bed rails. It will adjust to add a little height but is not designed specifically to add height but rather to level the load. It is a great option and has the integrated jounce stops so if a bag were to fail you still have support.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle - 4WD # F35FV is a great system as well that many people prefer because they have a rolled design where the metal meets the rubber that is a superior design. I personally recommend the Firestone over the Air Lift Springs.

I also recommend adding a compressor and my favorite is the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Single Path # AL25592 for adjustment at any time.
