Question:
I have searched through the comments and I am trying to determine which is the best axle-less system to get for a M101A3 military trailer. It currently has 37 tires. Empty weight is 1380, but with out the axel and tires It would be much less. I am pulling with a jeep and what off road tires either 35 or 37 to match with my 38inch 5x5 bolt pattern. I have 18inch rims with 35inch BFG K20 AT that I could use, if I find the right set up. I was looking at the 3500HD 4inch lift Timbren # ASR35HDS02. But I have seen that I may need to go with the 1 ton system instead to get the 5x5 pattern. I dont want to have electric brakes, I just want the hub assembly. I would like to be able to use the tires I have but if not please give me other suggestions. I am building for on and off road use. It has a rack with a RTT on it.

To get the 5 on 5 bolt pattern, you will need the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5 - Pre-Greased # 84550BX or the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 5 - Pre Greased # 84556UC3-EZ and brake assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA. These options work with the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle - Wide Tires - 2,000 lbs # ASR2KHDS03.
Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR35HDS02 will only work with 6 bolt or 8 bolt hubs.
