What Prevents Movement of RockyMounts MonoRail When on the Road

Bought this for my hitch, how do I stop the rattle/wobbling?

The hitch pin of the RockyMounts Mono Rail Solo part # RKY10007 needs to be tightenend in order to remove the movement and wobble from the hitch when on the road. Try wiggling the rack in the hitch as you tighten the bolt and you should see it get much tighter. Check out the test course video I attached for this rack that shows what would be considered normal movement to compare to what you have.
