The Draw Tite fifth wheel hitch part numbers you mentioned represent an industry standard rail style of fifth wheel hitch that is very common so yes it can fit your 2016 Ford F-250. So all you'd need to fit it into your truck bed is the correct rail kit for your truck. The best and easiest solution is a custom install kit like the # RP50026-58 which will minimize drilling and install time. Or if you are okay with a much more involved install the universal # RP30035 is another solution.
