My Ram has the puck system. My GMC has a gooseneck. My B&W companion slider 5th wheel with the puck system for the Ram, I need to adapt to use in the GMC gooseneck. Is there a base plate that will attach to the gooseneck ball, that I can mount the puck slider see you system to?

There isn't an adapter, but there is a way to convert your B&W Companion Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3400 to work in your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500 short bed with the factory puck system, which is simply to replace the base of the unit.
All you need is the Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Hitch - Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVB3770.
This will allow you to attach the hitch to the puck system and is the only thing you need. I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
