Trying to help brother in law setup a new hitch and he is looking for a 16in long shank from reese to add to the 1200lb dual cam kit. I have a partial number off mine if it may help...54990. Thank you

It sounds like you are looking for a weight distribution system with extended shank and if that is the case I have some great options. The Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank part # EQ90-02-4500 measures 18" long overall and offers up to a 3" drop. I don't have any options that are exactly 16" but the above should work depending on where you are measuring. The good news is that you don't have to worry about brand as most are cross compatible.
