Will this light bar work on my 2016 Silverado 1500?

As long as your 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 has a 4 way connector available at the rear of your vehicle, the Putco Red Blade LED Tailgate Light Bar - Stop, Tail, Turn, Backup - 60" Long # P92010-60 will work just fine. This LED light is powered by the 4 way plug that would normally be used to power the lights on a trailer.
If your vehicle only came equipped with a factory 7 way plug, I recommend using the Curt # C55774 which will plug into the US car connector port at the rear of your vehicle and give you a 4 way and 7 way connection so that you can use this light when also towing a trailer that uses the 7 way.
I've linked some review videos on these parts that I recommend having a look at, as well.
