For chest style toolboxes like # DZ8546B you will need to drill through the bottom of the box and the truck bed and then use the hardware of your choice to bolt the box to the truck bed. Then you would use silicone to seal up the holes.

You need to be careful when drilling through the truck bed not to drill through any components on the other side of the bed.
