Will this Fulton model replace an existing Shelby 5756?

The Shelby # 5776 is the direct replacement for the # 5756, but we do not offer that particular jack.

The Fulton # FTJ120W0301 that you referenced would make an acceptable replacement. The capacity and the amount of lift or travel is identical. Both jacks are weld-on applications and both have a corrosion inhibiting zinc plated finish.

The Fulton jack dimension from the bottom of the mounting bracket to the bottom of the caster when fully retracted is 13 inches, 23 inches when fully extended. The Shelby jack measures 14-1/2 retracted and 25 inches extended, so there is a slight difference there. The jacks are pretty similar.

Will the Jack you mention as a replacement for the Shelby 5756 be able to utilize the snap ring mount that is existing so that there will not be any welding required? Dan O

What we have heard from our customers is that the Fulton #FTJ120W0301 does fit the mounting plate of the Shelby Jack 5784. This would be your best option for a direct replacement.

We did have a customer come back and say that the Fulton jack part #FTJ120W0301 will attach just fine to the pipe mount on the trailer frame where a Shelby jack just like yours was installed.
