Question:

Is the shank on the bandw hitch long enough to put a tow tector on it and still line up hitch pin holes?

It depends on the B&W Tow & Stow that you use, but generally speaking you will have enough room as the Towtector mud flaps need 1-1/2" of the shank. For example, the Tow & Stow # BWTS20049B fits just fine with the Rock Tamers # ERT00110 which need 1" of room on the shank. I actually had a chance to install this combo on a 2020 Ford F-250 and there would have been enough room for an extra 1/2".

Just so you can double check things on your end, the Tow & Stow # BWTS20049B measures 3" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the upright for the closest pin hole, and then 4" to the back of the upright to the further pin hole.
