2021 Ram 2500 Tradesman - I have 2 questions: 1. This will fit a BandW tow and stow, just not for the multipro tailgate design, is that correct? 2. Class V hitches at times haul significant weight. I dont feel a set screw can be tightened near as tightly as a bolt can like other models have. Will that little set screw handle that weight a Class V hitch sometimes tows, without coming loose? With it on the bottom...youd also potentially lose it should it come loose.

Yes, that is correct. The B&W Anti-Rattle Clamp for 2-1/2" Hitch Receivers item # BW65FR will indeed work with the standard B&W Tow & Stow's like the item # BWTS20049B you were looking at.
The set screw type of set up is what the new anti-rattle devices are going to. They've proven extremely reliable and we haven't heard of any issues like what you're concerned with. B&W really stands by their products so I wouldn't hesitate to use this. However, if you're still up in the air we do have the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer III item # BX88312, which does attach with bolts.
