I am looking forTrailer Hub Grease Capps below. I dont know if they will fit. I measured with a micrometer 2.74 ID on the axel. Do they make caps that size or did I just measure wrong

I have two options that are very close to the 2.74" ID that you measured. They are 2.72" ID re check your hub and measure about 1/2" in to the hub face.
For non ez lube hubs use Zinc Plated Grease Cap - 2.72" Outer Diameter part # TRDC-275
For E-Z Lube use the Dust Cap part # K7CAP
