will this brush guard fit from a 2016 f150 to a 2020 f150 with different mounting kit ? if so witch part #

The 2020 Ford F150 and the 2016 model would both use the same Westin Grille Guard, but the # 57-378PK is a mounting kit for a Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate for a 2015-2019 Silverado 2500 or 3500 and wouldn't fit your truck.

If the 2016 has the # 57-3830 or # 57-3835 Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate, you'd need the # 57-383PK.
