I bought a used westin hdx grill guard from a private seller. It was missing some of the mounting brackets. Was wondering if Part Number: W78XV is what I would need for a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 Lt trail boss. Thank you, James

Hi James; do you have the # W38RV (57-3955S) or # 57-3955 that is specifically designed for your 2020 Silverado 1500? If so, the correct replacement mounting hardware is the # W78XV. If this came off of a vehicle that was not a 2019 - 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 then the grille guard wasn't designed for your truck and there are no mounting brackets from Westin that will allow it to fit.

Hey James, did the W78XV mounting hardware end up fitting your Silverado 1500 Trail Boss grille guard? Knowing how it worked out could really help others trying to match used guards to their trucks.
