AL88396Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle - AL88396 with the product do I need to buy a controller separate or does it come with auto air ride controller in the kit?

The Air Lift air bag kits like the part # AL88396 that you referenced do not come with controllers/compressors as you can manually inflate them and some are okay with doing that. So you would need to also buy a compressor kit if you wanted the ability to control the air pressure on the fly.

For a compressor kit the heavy duty part # AL25854 will make inflating the bags and maintaining them very easy. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle as well.
