T4862500 will this item work with existing Dexter Duo Servo hydraulic brakes? Or do I specifically need brake shoes from dexter?

While we do have what you need, the part number you asked about is indeed specifically made for Titan brakes.
Instead, for 12" x 2" Dexter Duo-Servo hydraulic drum brakes the brakes shoes you need are:
- 12" x 2" Hydraulic Trailer Brake Shoe and Lining # BP04-160
The manufacturer specifies these are a direct fit for Dexter Duo-Servo (and Uno-Servo) 12" x 2" hydraulic brake assemblies.
