Question:
Will I have to drill holes in the coil seat on a 2009 Altima or are there already existing holes?

The installation instructions for the Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F4105, indicate that the air line should be routed down, see instructions link, so I went out to our parking lot where there is a 2010 Nissan Altima and checked the lower coil spring seat and found that there is a large hole in the bottom of the spring seat that the air line can be routed through.
I attached a photo showing my finger sticking up through the hole in the bottom of the coil seat for you.
