Should I Readjust my Weight Distribution When I add Heavier Spring Bars

Question:

Hello, recently received the 2 1000/10000lb bars. These are going to be an upgrade from a 800/8000lb bars. Question is, the 1000 lb bars are about 1 inch or so longer at where they snap into the head clip. Will I have to do any adjustments on those bar rests on the trailer frame. Am I making any sense?

Perfect sense! When setting up the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution part # FA94-00-1000 with new weight capacity spring bars like Replacement Round Spring Bar for Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Systems part # FA94-02-1099 that you purchased you want to go through the set up process again. It may be that you don't have to make any adjustments but to really get the most out of your system I recommend taking the time to run through the set up again to make sure. It could very well make the difference between a good set up and a great set up.
