We have suspension enhancement that will help beef up the rear suspension of your 2003 Chevy Tahoe but nothing will give you more towing capacity than you have so you'll want to make sure you don't exceed your towing capacity. These kits will only help you tow within your capacity in a safer, more supported way.
The Firestone air bag kit part # F4108 that you referenced is a fit for your Tahoe and will give you the rear suspension support you are looking for when towing.
