1. Does the CE13511 C.E. Smith Trailer Hub kit pkg work on my Shorelander SLR22L trailer? 2. can you use the 1410229 Hex Lugnut 1/2-20 13/16 OD Zand U in place of the 1440349 Hex Nut Slotted Plain?

According to Shorlandr, your SLR22L trailer uses hubs with a L44649 inner and outer bearing. The # CE13511 hub you mentioned uses a different inner bearing, so it won't work for you. The good news is that the # CE13311 is the correct hub, assuming your existing hub has a 5 lug on a 4-1/2 inch bolt circle. Or, even better, since it's a boat trailer we offer a corrosion resistant galvanized version of the 5 on 4-1/2 as well, available as part # CE13315.
The replacement hubs include 1/2-20 lug nuts.
