Question:
Trying to replace the entire hub assembly on this trailer. I can’t find the stamped part number on the hub but I have attached a picture. The hub is a 5 on 5 half inch.

The elements that would need to match up are the inner and outer bearing reference number, the capacity and the bolt pattern.
The 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern idler hubs we offer use a L68149 inner and L44649 outer bearing. Your existing bearings should have the bearing reference numbers stamped on the bearing cages. If not, measure the surfaces on the spindle where the inner and outer bearings ride. The spindle at the inner should be about 1.378 inches in diameter and 1.063 at the outer. The surface where the grease seal rides should be about 1.719 and the hub bore where the grease seal installs should be about 2.565 inches.
If your existing hubs meet these parameters, we have two etrailer branded and two Dexter hubs. All 4 include bearings, races, grease seals, lug nuts and the grease cap. All are compatible with 13 to 15 inch rims and all 4 use 1/2 inch diameter wheel studs. All have a 3500lb/axle 1750lb individual capacity.
In the etrailer brand, the # AKIHUB-555-35-K is for the standard axle, and # AKIHUB-555-35-EZ-K is for the EZ-Lube type axle with the grease fitting on the end of the spindle. In the Dexter brand, # 84555UC1 is for the standard,
# 84555UC1-EZ is for the EZ-Lube.
