Question:
Would i need a stabiliser to use this hitch in the maximum drop position to tow my enclosed snowmobile trailer that weighs an estimated 4000LBS behind my 2019 ram 2500?

Yes, Gen-Y does strongly recommend using a stabilizer kit # 325-GH-0100 with the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-316 if you end up using a drop setting of more than 12 inches. This ball mount setup in the lowest setting is 12-1/2 inches of drop which is why you'd need it if you were to use the lowest setting. This prevents any wobble or sway from starting.
