Does Using Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 Require Load Resistors

Since these are LED, do i need to install Load Resistor to prevent hyper flash?

This is a really good question since normally if you change vehicle taillights over to LED you have to use load resistors, but since the Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 that you referenced connect to the vehicle through trailer wiring the load resistors aren't needed.
