Is the etrailer ball mount matte black like the hitch mount?

The etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches # 989891 does not have the same matte black powder coat finish as the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98850.

The ball mount is a bit glossier so they aren't a perfect match but it will be pretty difficult to tell the hitch and ball mount apart unless someone is really trying to find a difference.

The ball mount kit is an exceptional value because it includes a ball mount with 3/4" rise or 2" drop, a pair of hitch balls (2" and 1-7/8"), a pin and clip and a storage bag.
