Curt does offer a set of custom install fifth wheel rails that fit your 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 6-1/2 foot bed with the part # C65KR but the part # C16400-104 you referenced does not fit your truck.

Since you have a short bed truck you would need a slider hitch to give you the needed turning clearance like the A16 part # C16521.

In general if you have a truck bed shorter than 8 feet you will need a slider hitch like what I mentioned. If the trailer has a pivoting pin box (Lippert Turning Point or Sidewinder) or if the trailer has a tapered nose intended for short bed clearance you could use a fixed hitch like the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115 instead.
