Picking Out Replacement Hub for Trailer with 3,500 lb Axle

Question:
I would like to replace the hubs on a trailer I recently purchased as there seems to be some side to side play in the wheels and the hubs do not have studs, but use lug bolts. The hubs are 5x4.5 and would like to stay with that. The tag on the axle indicates this is a 3500lb axle. Ive attached some pictures, if you can help me identify the spindles and recommend a hub - that would be a great help!

Thanks for all of the info and pictures! From that I can tell you do have a 3,500 lb axle/hub since the spindle dimensions match a number 84 spindle. So for a hub/drum the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K would be what you'd want or for an idler hub you'd want the part # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K.
