We carry the Timbren Axle-Less System rated at 5,200 lbs part # ASR5200S01. The axle-less system mounts to your trailer frame and takes the place of your old axle and springs.# ASR5200S01 is a straight spindle design. Timbren also offers these axles with a 4 inch drop spindle part # ASR5200S04. The Timbren Axle-Less can be mount tandem to repalce your tandem axles. There is no need to install leaf springs, because the Timbren axles have built-in spring system on each axle.
However, adding these axles will not necessarily make your trailer rated at 10,000 lbs. The trailer frame and other parts would have to be similarly upgraded to achieve this rating.
You will need new brake assemblies and hub/brake drums for these axles. For electric brake assemblies I recommend part # AKEBRK-7L-SA and # AKEBRK-7R-SA for these axles. These are the whole electric brake assemblies for both the left hand and right hand side of the trailer. These brakes are self-adjustable, so only an initial adjustment during installation is needed. For the hub and drums, I recommend part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K. These hub and drum assemblies are equipped with inner and outer bearings, grease seals, new lug nuts, and the dust caps for the E-Z Lube spindles that are on Timbern's axles.
You will also need new wheels and tires for the new axles. The new drum bolt pattern is 6 on 5-1/2 and this will be the bolt pattern you will need for your trailer. Wheels and Tires will vary by size, load range, wheel diameter, and if you want a bias or radial tire. You will need to choose your tires and wheels when you have determined what application will work for your new trailer axles. However, you may be able to use the same tire size if there is a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern available.
I have linked videos on the products that I listed and an article on tires and wheels and product list of tire and wheels that will fit the listed hubs.
