Can I Install Brake Assemblies Upside Down

Question:
have 2 axle trailer with 12 inch drums problem is the axles are upside down the 5 hole plate pattern is upside down can i get 4 12 inch replacement ass. with the back plate reversed .

We do not have any replacement 12" braking assemblies like part # AKEBRK-6R that have the back plate reversed or upside down. They are designed to have the brake magnet below the axle not above it so I cannot recommend installing them upside down or somehow reversing the backing plate.
Axles have a bow in them that is designed to straighten out under weight. If the bow is orientated downwards then it could be negatively affecting the weight capacity of the trailer. I recommend to have the axles flipped to the correct orientation.
