Will these mirrors work on a JD xuv865m that has a glass windshield?

The CIPA Adjustable Side Mirrors for UTVs # CM01139 are designed to fit on round roll cage bars that are 1-3/4" diameter, so as long as your John Deere XUV865M has that diameter bars on the front of the roll cage, they will fit. If you're unsure of the size of the bars, you can measure their diameter using a digital calipers like the # PTW80157 to determine the diameter.
If you find that you've got a different size bar on your roll cage, please let me know what size they are and I can help you locate some mirrors that will fit.
