Front Mounted Trailer Hitch For 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Question:

I want to mount a front mounted 2inch receiver on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee to accommodate a surf rod rack with cooler holder. The 2008 JGC is low in the front so I would prefer a receiver that mounts so as to come out the opening in the front lower grill area vice beneath it. Do you have any products that would scratch that itch? Thanks .

The only front mount hitch for the 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee is Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit part # C31047 which is designed to sit below the bumper. We currently do not have a front mount hitch for the Jeep Grand Cherokee that fits through the lower grill for ground clearance. I have attached a photo of where the hitch will install on your Jeep.
