The wiring you need to add a brake controller and tow a trailer with electric brakes with your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited starts with a 4-way, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118786, and I've added a link to an install video of this harness on an '18 Wrangler for you.

You will then need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7, which will give you a 7-way connector, circuit breakers and the rest of the hardware needed to install a brake controller. I have added a link to a help article on brake controller installation which I highly recommend taking a look at. For a hitch I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # DT78MR, and I've added a link to an install of this hitch on a 2018 Wrangler Unlimited for you.

Finally, for a brake controller the best option for your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited is the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR because of its control knob which keeps a cumbersome unit out of the cab of your Wrangler (the control knob of the Tow-Pro Elite can be installed anywhere you like, as you can see in the accompanying photos), and because it gives you more control over your trailer braking power than any other brake controller.
