I have this tire on my expo golf cart. It says 70 psi but most golf tires day 30 to 30. My question is do I inflate to 70 psi

i have been looking for this tire am1hp28 for awhile..load range d not real popular...my concern is this..old tire states 20.5x8.0-10...this tire states 215/60/8...i think this is a minor size difference and these will replace my old tires just fine. do you agree???..thanks in advance
