I've linked the installation video of a brake controller on a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 for you to have a look at, as well as provided a photo of the plug you're looking for- the process will be the same on your 2019 Silverado 1500. If you fast forward to around the 1:45 mark of the video, it shows where the plug can be found under the panel on the left hand side of the steering column. This is where you will install the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3064-P.

I have a 2019 Chevy Silverado, I have watched the video and located the plug but it has a female plug and the 3064-P plug has the same plug. What do you suggest to remedy this situation. This is the only plug that I can find in the location that you show.
