Question:
Hi there. I am looking at the Air Lift air springs for the rear axle on my 2020 Ford F-250 but it has a lift. Will I need to add some spacers to fill the gap? If so, how much would I need or how do I figure that out? Thanks a bunch for your help.

If the rear suspension on your 2020 Ford F-250 is lifted, there is a decent chance that some additional spacers will be needed when installing the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57391 for 2WD or # AL57399 for 4WD.
The best way to determine what size space you need though is to actually measure the gap that will be left once the springs are installed. The actual distance a particular lift raises the suspension on your truck can vary (a "6 inch lift" doesn't necessarily raise the truck 6" at the rear) so measuring is the safest method.
Once you have the air bags installed and they are at design height, measure the distance you have left between the lower mounting bracket on the truck and the lower bracket on the air spring itself. This will give you the size of the spacer you're needing (if one is even needed).
Air Lift offers 2" # AL52420, 4" # AL52440, and 6" # AL52460 spacers.
