Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76194 is a fit for a 2020 Volvo XC60. Furthermore, the Draw-Tite hitch is a custom fit so no drilling into the vehicle would be required. The Draw-Tite hitch has a hidden design which means only the receiver tube will be present from behind the vehicle therefore you get a very clean install look. I have attached both an install video and photo which apply to the 2020 as well.
If you will be doing any towing then you are going to need a trailer wiring harness as well in which case we have the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT that is splice free and provides a 4-way connector. If needed you can upgrade to a 7-way with the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation part # ETBC7L and add a brake controller with the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180.
