While the wheel size is considered when determining the torque required for your lug nuts, the type of lug nut as well as the size of the lug studs also needs to considered. For reference, if your hubs have 1/2" studs on them and you used the # AM20222DX wheels with coned lugs, you would want to torque those bolts to somewhere between 75 and 85 ft/lbs.
I've attached a spec sheet with the recommended lug torque specs for a variety of different wheel styles, lug sizes and lug types.
