I need this replacement cover - but in the picture I dont see the locking nut the plastic screw to hold it in place - is this included or do you have it as well?

We do carry the additional parts for the Thule Podium feet. The hex bolt is now part # 919061654 and you should need 2 per foot. The lock plug is # 853-6395. And, if you need the hex key, it is # 853-0930.

My cover and locks are fine! The t part was damaged on the base. I have the square bar setup
