Solution for Needing Replacement Parts of Thule Rapid Podium Foot Pack

Question:
I have a picture attached. Can that part of the podium be purchased separately? It’s a pin that rests inside the podium. 2 bolts screw onto it to hold the crossbars and podium foot together.

Just the portion of the foot part # 7523036002B is not available separately. You'd have to replace the entire foot with this part number.
