Bolt-on Trailer Coupler to Replace Bulldog # BD028463

Question:

I want to replace the hitch on my horse trailer. 2004 Exiss Model: Event SS20 - 7 x 13 The tag is on the hitch and it matches: Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler w/ High-Profile Latch - 2-5/16inch Ball - A-Frame - 12,500 lbs Item # BD028463 The hitch I see on-line is a weld on hitch. I need a bolt on hitch. Please see the attached photo. Is there one available?

You could drill into the Bulldog # BD028463 and make it a bolt-on but that's not really ideal. We don't have the exact match in a bolt-on model.

We do have part # BD44150WH301 for a bolt-on Bulldog coupler. It has a higher rating but the price tag is quite a bit more.

Another option is a Demco coupler. Part # DM16680-52 has even more weight capacity and a nice latch. It fits the same ball size and bolt pattern as well.
